✈️ “Do you ship internationally?”
We sure do! From our little corner of the world to yours. Shipping costs and times depend on where you are and how many goodies you’re ordering.

“How long will my order take?”
We aim to dispatch within 2–5 business days. After that, your parcel is in the hands of the postal pixies. You’ll get a tracking number if one’s available!

🔄 “Can I return my order?”
Yep! If it’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days to return it. Make sure it’s unused and still in its original packaging. Return postage is on you unless it arrived with issues.

💔 “My item arrived broken!”
Yikes! So sorry. Snap a photo and contact us within 48 hours – we’ll sort it out faster than you can say “bubble wrap.”

🎨 “Do you do custom or personalised pieces?”
Sometimes we do! Follow us on Instagram @thimbleandfrigg to catch limited drops, custom slots, and quirky one-offs.

🛍️ “Can I shop in person?”
