All our prices are in British Pounds, and we accept card payments Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, smoke signals (just kidding), and other legit checkout options. Orders are confirmed once payment clears and the stars align.

3. 📦 Postage, Parcels & Pigeon Mail
We ship across the street, across the sea, and possibly to Narnia (TBC).
Orders usually leave our hands in 2–5 business days.
You'll get a dispatch email faster than you can say "Where's my parcel?"
Tracking info provided where possible – no crystal ball required.

4. 🔁 Returns & Rewinds
Changed your mind? No problem! You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to return it (as long as it’s unused, un-sniffed, and in its original glory). Pop us a message with your order number. You cover the return postage (unless the item’s been naughty and turned up faulty).

5. 😿 Oops! Something's Wrong 
Received a wonky candle holder or a squished plushie? Oh no! Snap a quick photo and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. We're here for hugs, refunds, and do-overs.

6. 💡 Stuff We Own (Like Our Ideas)
All our photos, words, products, and branding are lovingly created by us. Please don’t pinch them for your own use – it’s just not cricket (or legal).

7. 🛡️ Your Info = Safe With Us
We’ll only use your info to fulfil orders and send you the occasional cute update. We won’t share it with anyone else. Pinky promise.
